Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nn7 ("nn7," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nn7.app. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use any part of the nn7 service.

nn7 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register and use the nn7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from nn7 or any affiliated platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of nn7 or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Registration Requirements

To create an account on nn7, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport).

nn7 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purposes of identity verification, age verification, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on nn7. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nn7 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify nn7 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. nn7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

You must ensure that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your address, contact number, or payment method — you are required to update your account information promptly.

You agree that you will not:

• Share your account credentials with any other person;
• Allow any other person to access or use your account;
• Transfer your account or any funds held in your account to another person;
• Use another person's account without their explicit authorization and nn7's prior written consent;
• Attempt to access any account other than your own.

nn7 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time. Where verification cannot be completed to nn7's satisfaction, the account may be suspended pending resolution.

All transactions on nn7 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). nn7 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the financial institution involved. nn7 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your nn7 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. nn7 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

nn7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting supporting documentation to verify the source of funds. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

nn7 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• nn7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play to exploit promotional offers, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination;
• nn7 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any particular bonus or promotion.

All games available on the nn7 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers under controlled conditions. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game providers and are available within the game information section of the platform.

nn7 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner beyond the published RTP parameters. All game results are final once confirmed by the platform. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, nn7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection is stable during gameplay. nn7 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's end. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the nn7 platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made through your nn7 account;
• Using any software, algorithm, or strategy designed to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform or its games;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including the use of marked cards, loaded dice, or any other device in live dealer games;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nn7 staff, support agents, or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the nn7 platform or any other user's account;
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the nn7 platform without prior written authorization.

nn7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that while the vast majority of players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gaming behaviors. nn7 has implemented a range of tools and policies to support responsible gaming.

Players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the nn7 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the nn7 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of nn7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nn7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from the platform;
• Modify or create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform without nn7's prior written consent.

The nn7 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of nn7. Unauthorized use of any nn7 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nn7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or goodwill;
• Interruption of service or platform downtime;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Any other matter relating to the platform or its services.

nn7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nn7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The nn7 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nn7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. nn7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

nn7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Any other reason that nn7, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to warrant suspension or termination.

Upon termination of your account for cause, nn7 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account where such balance is reasonably believed to be connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting nn7's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and nn7, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting nn7's customer support team. nn7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes, nn7's records of game results shall be considered conclusive evidence of the outcome, unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated. All game outcome disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game round.

nn7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nn7 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the nn7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the nn7 platform at nn7.app/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated.
